Baby Yoga is a wonderful class for children aged 6 months to 3 years.

All of our Yoga Tutors have had Baby/Toddler Yoga training with a Yoga provider such as Hands On Babies, Yoga 4.
Our classes are designed to support parents/carers to become confident with a range of yoga techniques that enhance the well being of babies. Our classes focus on techniques to develop a bond between carer and child and incorporate holding, touch, flowing postures, movement and relaxation. In addition our classes involve all important social time for both mum and baby, allowing parents to chat and children to socialise with children of their own age.
